2004 Fall Festival Contest a SuccessThe Second Annual Fall Festival Contest was a success due to the wonderful participation of Northern Colorado and Wyoming Twirlers. Directed by Ann Durkin and Linda Schick, the fine judging staff consisted of judges from Colorado, Kansas and California.
