NBTA Fall Festival Contest- October 25, 2008

Last updated: Oct. 6, 2008

Below is a list of ways in which people can help out at the contest. Please let Ann know what you can do to help them out. As items get donated and jobs get filled, Ann will make the changes to the web site. Some people generally donate the same items for each contest or help in the same way. If a name appears by a job or donation, but it is not checked, it simply means we have not confirmed the item yet, but are hoping they will continue the tradition.

Check here often to see what still needs to be done and what might have been added.

If you wish to contact a business for a donation, we have a letter which you must take with you. Please do not solicite donations without this letter. If you do get a donation you MUST e-mail Ann or Linda with the name of the business, contact person, address, phone, e-mail and web address. Then it is your responsibility to send them a thank you note. This may seem picky, but as we get more business support we need help to take care of the proper way to get donations, and to thank the businesses after.
